wow i havent updated this for a while. so the first 3 week session of camp is done and there's still 3 weeks left. camp is sooo tiring. and tomorrow we get all new campers. the staff talent show on friday was a lot of fun though. its really awesome that toby s is at camp this year. it was our first time being in a dance together since dessert theatre.
in other news, my dog toby died last sunday. i watched him die and it was really scary. its weird always expecting to see him in the house now and hes not there. i had him since i was 5. its amazing how attached i was to him. i think i like dogs better than people. toby was my best friend. i know it sounds stupid but in many ways its true. my dad went out yesterday to return the dog food he had just bought.

wow. i just got back from the last five years and it has got to be one of the most amazing things i have ever seen. i am so impressed at how talented people can be. wow. im just about speechless.
so its official. im done with exams. im a SENIOR!!!!!! that is honestly so weird to think about though. I dont feel this old.
the past few days have been really good for a change. im so excited that school's over. on wednesday i officially changed my schedule for next year to include chambers. im really excited for it!!!!!!!! today after exams i went to the mall w/ megan and once again realized how bad i am at shopping. i ran into mr. graham there and that was kinda funny. its amazing how im actually like a wootton theatre kid now. i guess not giving up pays off every now and then.
i have some time before camp starts in which im basically doing nothing except for a couple of parties. yay for finally being free of junior year!!!!!!!!

today was my dog toby's birthday. he turned 12. his vet told us last may (a year ago) when a cancerous tumor was found in his spleen that Toby wouldn't live through the weekend. shows how much vets know cuz Toby is definitely alive and happy today.

yay! im updating at school!
anyway last night's weekly amazing tv night went all wrong when analucia died on lost and chris got voted off AI. i think i should start boycotting tv. right. that'll last like a day.
i have officially finished my splanning app and all i have to do is turn it in and wait...
tomorrow is banquet which is so unbelievably exciting. I haven't gone to anything formal since homecoming freshman year. which is pretty sad considering that i actually do like dressing up.
school has reached all new levels of pointlessness. i watched saved by the bell at 7:30 in the morning.

this week has been pretty bad. its probably my own fault because i've been acting all weird. actually more like paranoid. i mean in the last 5 minutes just sitting here by myself my mood has changed about 5 times. so sorry to anyone ive been bitchy to in the last few days.
calc is over. we are seriously doing nothing in mrs b's class. i couldn't believe my eyes in class today when the objective on the board was PARTY written in her own handwriting.
school now seems more pointless than ever since the class that im doing the most in is cruz's.
im hopefully getting my license on saturday!!!!!! i should probably practice parking and three point turns again.

APs are next week. i truly cannot wait for them to be over. mostly im sick of listening to everyone freaking out about them. i mean they really aren't that big a deal. and studying for them shouldn't be that different than for normal final exams. yea. thats just been one of my pet peeves lately. so for those of you burrowing inside studying all day: go OUTSIDE!!!!! its a beautiful day.
i actually went to dance again this week!!! and vanessa brought her baby who is sooooooo adorable. and i found out that once again im supposed to choreograph a dance (we're supposed to do it every spring, but i havent actually done one since the 7th grade). but i think i might really do it this year. of course id have to make it up by next thursday in order to be considered for the competition. better get started.

what happened to when school was easy???? i mean tonight i found myself jumping for joy because i got a %70 on my calc test. wtf is up with that!?!?!?!?!??!
my weekend was pretty bad mainly due to an overload of AP bio hw. and APs are approaching, yet for whatever reason im not overly stressed over them and have yet to study for any of them.
im excited for junior banquet because it shall be awesome!!! and i love my dress (megan's prom dress). its bright red and strapless and beautiful. i don't have a date, but whatever. it should still be fun.
college fair is wednesday. im quite excited because its definitely the first field trip i've been on since the chorus festival in 9th grade. its quite sad really.
today in english i gave my presentation on metonymy and synecdoche and i used drawing on the board as my creative example where i succeeded in spelling metonymy wrong. it was quite sad.
as you can see there is nothing going on in my life except school. at least im going to dance this week, which i sadly never seem to do anymore.

spring break was good. i visited uva and william and mary. actually really liked uva even though i still think its too big. w&m was nice too.

ok, lissy. here's the real update:
where to start?!?!?! On the town was wonderful and i had sooooo much fun. i know all the theatre kids keep talking about how it was a bad choice of show and not very fun, but i enjoyed it a lot. im definitely gonna try out for the spring show next year. hopefully it will have some dance in it.
last night was the senior citizens prom. it was pretty cool. everyone was so nice. and i danced the hokey pokey!!!!!!!!!!!! now i may have half a chance of not getting kicked out of nhs
today was the mulch sale in which i basically hung out with dan and yonatan and people for 4 hours doing nothing. it was kinda fun though and was absolutely gorgeous outside. and the carmens truck came which was awesome.
tonite i went to the mall in the first time in forever and i once again realized that im not really a shopper. i can walk through ae and old navy without taking a single thing to try on. no wonder why i have no clothes.
so everyone has been talking about colleges nonstop. its kind of scary seeing all of these ridiculously smart people getting rejected from places. its strange to think that in less than two weeks i'll be visiting colleges for me.
tomorrow is the first day in a long time that i will be able to fully sleep in as late as i want . it is quite exciting.
i suppose thats all for now.

wow!!!!!! on the town was so amazing this weekend. it was so much fun and everyone was soooo good.
You really missed out if you didn't go. oh but wait!!!!! there's three more shows:

wow. i definitely sat at rehearsal from 3:30 to 6 to do absolutely nothing except find out at like 5:55 that im no longer in gabey's coming. it was quite as fun as it sounds!!!!!!
the show is finally coming together, though. i mean its not great yet, but its on its way!
i walked home w/ lissy after school for the first time in forever. it was very exciting cuz we never see each other anymore.
oh and after 2 of having no oven and another month and a half of no microwave nor oven, my parents have finally bought a microwave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we can actually heat food. its amazing!!!

its finally friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!
today's rehearsal was .... uhhh.... let's just say that the show is not looking too great right now. it's frustrating how people don't remember anything and how at rehearsal we just run through stuff with no attempts at actually fixing anything. hopefully things will come together in the next 3 weeks.
today megan turns 21. so old!!!!!!!!
for whatever reason suddenly we cannot go a day in my house without talking about colleges. cuz mis padres want me decide where i am visiting over spring break. so far it looks like it'll be william and mary, maybe uva, and maybe somewhere else?!?!?! i keep getting tons of mail and emails from places. its getting quite annoying. today i got swarthmore, which is pretty cool though.

havent really updated this week. so lets recap:
monday was a snoday!!!!!!!!!! i found out my sat scores too. they were pretty good, but i think i can do better so i'll probably take them again in may or june.
on tuesday i got serenaded by yonatan and the supertonics during bc calc which was incredibly awesome. singing valentines rock!!!!!!!
wednesday nothing remarkable.
thursday i went to my jazz class for the first time in forever and probably the last time until on the town is over. i cannot believe that vanessa is still teaching class at 8 months pregnant!!!!!
friday i watched 3.5 hours of olympics straight w/ chipotle which was muy fun.
today i got up way too early for a saturday for rehearsal. on the town is pretty much every day now and is taking over my life. i am so excited for it!!!!!!

wow. this was an incredibly awesome weekend.
First, there was my surprise b-day party in which i was definitely surprised. it was tons of fun and i officially have the coolest friends ever. espec maggie
then saturday morning was rehearsal. 9am was definitely too early especially after staying up till 1am on friday. rehearsal was fun nonetheless. we did ballet! lol. i think the guys were slightly weirded out. i didn't get a partner in the pas de deux but in some ways thats ok cuz i don't have to worry about crashing into anyone.
then saturday night was the small b-day dinner that i had planned originally w/ elissa, maggie, and mariya. so we go to guapo's and there's a 30 minute wait so we take one of those cool things that light up when its time and go walk around. Then lissy comes up with the stupid idea of walking around the lake. so we walk around the lake and when we are on the other side near no shelter of any kind it suddenly starts pouring out of nowhere. not just normal rain; i mean water blowing in all directions. so we got completely drenched. it was hilarious.
anyway we then ate at guapo's and the waiters all sang to me and i got to wear a sombrero!!!! that is soooo the best restaurant ever.
today somewhat sucked cuz i had to do lotsa hw. stupid midassessment. stupid bc. i think it'll be a miracle if i actually get through bc with more than a C this semester.
tomorrow is school. ehh.

im in vb right now. bored as anything.
so my b-day was pretty good. nice weather. no hw except math, which i actually understood!!!!!! and we had crab for dinner which was yummy. my b-day Guapo's night is officially this SSAATTUURRDDAAYY night. (yall better be happy now). anyone who wants to can come, just tell me if you want in.
btw if anyone happens to understand BC calc call me now b/c right now its looking like im gonna fail thursday's test.
class ends in like 5 minutes so im off!!!
